How it rolls out
- Week 1 · Discovery + mapping. Kickoff, your AI team map, and the accounts and tools you'll buy in your name. Setup starts right away.
- Weeks 2–3 · Build. Agents built and connected to your CRM, calendar and booking flow. Messages and playbooks drafted for your approval.
- Week 4 · Launch + training. Controlled launch, team training on our calls, handoff.
- Through day 90 · Optimization. We tune targeting, messaging and costs based on real results in our bi-weekly calls.
- Months 4–12 · Ongoing support (Three Departments and Full AI Factory). Portal support; on the Full AI Factory, calls as needed too. Support ends 12 months after kickoff.

Who owns the accounts?
You do. Every tool, number, domain and inbox is bought under your business, in your name. We build inside your accounts, so you own everything we set up.
Are tool and usage costs included?
No. Voice minutes, phone numbers, SMS, registrations, AI usage, sending domains and inboxes, and software subscriptions are paid by you and billed by the providers directly. We'll list the expected services in discovery so there are no surprises.
How long until it's live?
About 4 weeks to launch: discovery and mapping in week 1, build in weeks 2–3, launch and training in week 4, then optimization through day 90. Timing depends on account access and approvals.
What happens after year one?
Everything we built stays yours and keeps running on your accounts. Ongoing support or optimization after year one is available as an optional renewal, if you want it.
